CDs must be in their shrunk-wrapped original packaging and in the same condition as when they arrived. Worn, damaged, stained, or washed clothing will not be accepted. Posters, stickers, and miscellaneous items must be unused and in the same condition as when they arrived. ALL items must be returned in the condition that they were sent or credit/exchange will not be applied. To ensure full refund/exchange, please package fragile items in appropriate containers and/or packing materials for shipping. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. If the above criteria are not met, items will be returned to sender.
Returns:
Returns must be defective upon receipt for refund. Please include a copy of sales receipt, a note stating that you wish to return this item for full credit (less shipping and handling), why you are returning, credit card number and expiration date you used to purchase, billing address, and full name.
Exchanges:
Exchanges must be placed within 30 days of item receipt and for items of the same or lesser price. All exchanges are subject to availability. Include a self-addressed, stamped packaging of the proper size, with the correct postage to ship the item(s) you are returning.
Damaged items:
If items are damaged when received you must contact Artifact Concepts (orders@artifactconcepts.com or call 303-444-3795) so that a claim can be made to UPS. We will need 1) Full name 2) Shipping address 3) Tracking number from package and when received 4) Items damaged and description of damage 5) Sales receipt number. Without all this info we can not make a proper claim and therefore you will not receive new merchandise. Please allow up to 3 weeks for new merchandise.
